This company is claiming I’ve reviewed the wrong business. This is the right one. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they’re trying to pull this. Looks like they’ve done the same with other complaints below. I’ve got all the proof—order emails and other correspondence.

Their email on this site and their website matches the one I’ve been using to communicate and where I got my order confirmation. Claiming I’ve got the wrong company is just a joke.

When they finally got back to me, Dmitrity blamed a glitch on their side. Then, in response to a second email (after no contact for a while), Dmitrity mentioned they’d check with the warehouse and said a refund would be issued if the item wasn’t shipped that day. No item was sent, and no refund has come through. All my messages have been ignored.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid for something, and nothing has arrived. No tracking info, no updates, nothing at all.

I’ve emailed 11 times (yes, 11!) and reached out on Facebook. Tried calling the number on their site, but it’s not working.

No item, no refund. I got replies to 2 emails, but still have no clue what’s going on. Communication is extremely poor. I’ll be taking this further.

I got a trailer for my partner, and it was a total joy to put together and show off. There was a small issue with one of the doors missing some print, but I was blown away by how quickly U-Gears handled it. They sent replacement doors right away, in different colored plywood to fit my model. I'm super happy with this present and would totally suggest U-Gears to anyone. Big thanks for a few hours of peace, haha.

I’m really bummed out with Ugears. I've had some of their models before and put them together without a hitch, but I recently picked up a Locomotive train set that’s just plain awful. The pieces don’t fit right, and as soon as you try to connect two parts, one or both just fall apart. Even after using candle grease, the gears refuse to function, and they rely too much on flimsy cocktail sticks that break easily. For £62, come on! I filled out a form on their site to voice my issues. No response. Tried again a week later. Still nothing. I even found a customer service email through their Facebook and shot them a message. Guess what? No reply. Sent another email, and you guessed it—still no response. I’m really let down by their product and just as frustrated with their so-called 'customer service.'

Regrettably, I can't share any screen captures on Trust Pilot, at least to my knowledge. However, I do possess two screenshots that show the live chat which Ugears claims they don't possess.

This is a great small puzzle. It's not a walk in the park, but it ain't too hard either. You gotta think a bit about how to fit the pieces together and in the correct sequence.

I hadn't used these products before. However, once the kids grew a little, and after we had gone through nearly every Lego set, we discovered these items. They're a tad trickier than Lego, but that's part of the fun. The fact that they're made of wood is pretty awesome, especially in a time when there's just too much plastic around. I honestly can't figure out how they manage to make it so precise! In short, it's a fun challenge to put together with the kids. I'd say it's best for ages 8-9, especially with a parent helping out.

I just wrapped up building locomotive 460 along with its tender. The design and craftsmanship are top-notch. Everything fits perfectly and operates as intended. The end result is a real testament to UGears' creativity. Building this model was a real joy.

Now, I’ve got a couple of suggestions... First off, some joints are quite tight, and a bit of candle wax helps with assembly (in spots where it wasn’t mentioned).

Also, the single cocktail stick 'elastic band retainer' (p24, step 5) snapped on the first try! To make it sturdy enough, a thicker retainer rod is necessary. I ended up using a piece of model rail, which worked just fine.

I've ordered from Ugears several times and the deliveries have always been speedy. Really dig the product!

This is a great little set. A few tiny pieces did break, so I had to grab some superglue, but other than that, I'm quite impressed.

I’ve picked up this model for my husband again, so I was already familiar with the site. The site was straightforward, and choosing and purchasing the model was a breeze. Delivery came quicker than I thought, so I’m quite happy with the buy so far. The gift hasn’t been opened yet since his birthday is just a few days away, but he loved the last model.
